Holiday Return & Exchange Window
Orders placed between November 17 and December 5 are eligible for a 45-day return or exchange window, starting from the order’s delivery date.
All other orders follow our standard return and exchange policy.
At T & K Hunting Gear, every product we make is built right here in the USA to perform season after season. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — fast.
We use Instant Exchanges powered by REDO to keep your experience simple, quick, and fair.
How Instant Exchanges Work

You’ll have 30 days from the delivery date to start an exchange through our REDO Returns Portal.

Your replacement gear ships immediately — no waiting for us to receive your original item first.

When you start an exchange, a temporary authorization for the item’s full value is placed on your card (this is not an immediate charge).

You’ll have 20 days to mail your original item back using the prepaid REDO label.

Once your return is scanned by the carrier, the authorization is released.

If your return is not scanned within 20 days, your card will automatically be charged for the replacement item.
Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition.

Include all original packaging, components, and tags.

Gear showing use, dirt, or damage cannot be accepted.
In-Stock Items

All in-stock gear qualifies for instant exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Only in-stock variants are displayed during the exchange process — if you can see it, it’s available to ship right away.
Made-to-Order Items

Custom or made-to-order color options are built specifically for you in our Rapid City shop.

These items are also eligible for instant exchange if unused and returned within 30 days.

Returned custom gear is reabsorbed into future production runs once inspected.
- If you need a different size of the same made to order color or would like to switch to another made to order color, please select a refund or store credit and place a new order on our website for the gear you want.
Discounts & Promotions

Any discount or promotion from your original order is automatically reapplied to your exchange order for the same value — even if that promotion has expired.

You’ll always keep the same deal you purchased under.
Refunds & Store Credit

If your exchange item costs less than your original purchase, you’ll receive store credit for the difference.

If your requested exchange item is unavailable or out of stock, we’ll issue store credit for the returned item’s value.

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 48 hours after the returned item is received and inspected at our facility.
Condition Standards
We can only process exchanges for items returned in new condition. Used, dirty, or worn gear cannot be accepted — no exceptions.
This ensures every piece of gear we ship meets our standard for premium, American-made quality.
How to Start an Instant Exchange

Enter your order number and email.

Select Instant Exchange and choose your new item.

Print your prepaid REDO label and send your original gear back within 20 days.
