Shipping and Warranty

Domestic Shipping 

UPS® is our primary shipping partner. Please allow 1-3 business days for your item to ship from our facility. Events such as holidays, weather, and high order volumes from sales and peak hunting periods may increase these estimated times. Please be patient with us, as we are small business with only 10-15 employees. 

International Shipping: We ship to every country in the world via USPS®. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. International shipments are subject to duties and taxes, which must be paid by the consumer upon receiving the order. T & K is not responsible for these additional charges. 

Lost/Damaged While in Transit: If your order is lost or damaged while en-route, please contact customerservice@tandkhunting.com. A claim will be filed and a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible. 

Shipping Delays: UPS Next Day Air Saver® and UPS 2nd Day Air® will not be refunded if the shipment is delayed due to weather, labor disputes, riots, or other phenomenons out of UPS® control that interferes with air and ground services. UPS® will only refund shipping if the delay was within UPS® control. Warranty Policy
Our products are guaranteed for life to include wear and tear from field use. Intentional destruction to receive new product will void this warranty. Gear that is unable to be fixed, but at no fault to the user, will be replaced with a similar item or store credit equal in price. We have the right to deny a warranty request if we believe the damage to be intentional and/or fraudulent.   

Email customerservice@tandkhunting.com if your product needs to be fixed from wear and tear. Include a short description of what occurred and pictures of the product. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility, but the actual repair or replacement is free. CLEAN YOUR GEAR. Gear that arrives to our facility with dirt, debris, and dried blood WILL NOT be worked on for sanitary purposes.  If we receive dirty gear, you will need to pay for shipping back to you, clean your gear, and ship it back to us.
