Shipping & Warranty Policy


Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship all orders via UPS®. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to ship from our facility.

Note: Delays may occur during holidays, extreme weather, sales events, and peak hunting seasons. We’re a small business with a tight-knit crew of 10–15 employees, so we appreciate your patience and support.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide via USPS®. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes upon delivery.

  • T&K is not responsible for these additional charges.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact us at:

We’ll file a claim and send a replacement as soon as possible.


Shipping Delays & UPS® Air Services

Shipping costs for UPS Next Day Air Saver® and UPS 2nd Day Air® will not be refunded due to delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Labor disputes

  • Riots

  • Other events outside of UPS® control

Refunds will only be issued if the delay was within UPS® control.

Lifetime Warranty

Our products are built to last — and we back that with a lifetime guarantee covering:

  • Wear and tear from hunting and field use

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

However, the following applies:

  • Intentional damage to game the system voids the warranty.

  • If your item can’t be fixed and it’s not your fault, we’ll replace it or offer store credit equal to the item’s value.

  • We reserve the right to deny claims we believe are intentional or fraudulent.

  3. Follow the instructions to complete your warranty claim.

As part of our warranty policy, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their item to our facility. Additionally, a flat $12 return shipping fee will apply for sending the repaired or replaced product back to you. All labor, replacement parts, and full product replacements are covered at no charge.


CLEAN YOUR GEAR!

We will not repair dirty gear on our machines. 

This includes mud, debris, dried blood, and animal hair.

If your item arrives unclean, a $75 cleaning fee will be applied prior to fixing your gear.

Save your money - Clean your nylon gear using warm water, light detergent, and a soft brush. After working out blood and mud, rinse your gear with water and air dry.

Do not place gear in a washing machine or dryer. Magnets and metal components may become damaged and/or damage your machine.
