Shipping will be shut down January 31 - February 6 for the Western Hunt Expo in Salt Lake City. If you would like an in stock purchase to ship before February 6, please get your order in by this Sunday (January 29). Please note, due to order volume at the show..many items may be going out of stock for several weeks.

Shipping and Warranty

Domestic Shipping 

Please allow 2-3 business days for in stock items to ship.  

USPS First Class Packages DO NOT come with insurance. USPS Priority Mail and all UPS shipments come with shipment insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages if USPS First Class was selected as the shipping option. 

Please be aware of lead times when placing an order. Lead times are estimated, but not guaranteed. We typically ship items well before the lead time estimate, but some things are out of our control to include employees being sick, weather, material shortages, etc. 

International Shipping: We ship to every country in the world via UPS. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. International shipments are subject to duties and taxes, which must be paid by the consumer upon receiving the order. T & K is not responsible for these additional charges. 

Lost/Damaged while in Transit: If your order is lost or damaged while en-route, please contact UPS or USPS to file a claim prior to contacting us at customerservice@tandkhunting.com

Warranty Policy
Our products are guaranteed for life to include wear and tear from field use. Intentional destruction to receive new product will void this warranty. Gear that is unable to be fixed, but at no fault to the user, will be replaced with a similar item or store credit equal in price. We have the right to deny a warranty request if we believe the request to be fraudulent. 

Email customerservice@tandkhunting.com if your product needs to be fixed from wear and tear. Include a short description of what occurred and pictures of the product. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility, but the actual repair or replacement is free. Please wash all gear before shipping it back to our facility, and include a note describing the issue. Gear that is not clean may receive a $25 cleaning fee.
