Shipping and Warranty
Please allow 2-3 business days for in stock items to ship.
USPS First Class Packages DO NOT come with insurance. USPS Priority Mail and all UPS shipments come with shipment insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages if USPS First Class was selected as the shipping option.
Please be aware of lead times when placing an order. Lead times are estimated, but not guaranteed. We typically ship items well before the lead time estimate, but some things are out of our control to include employees being sick, weather, material shortages, etc.
International Shipping: We ship to every country in the world via UPS. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. International shipments are subject to duties and taxes, which must be paid by the consumer upon receiving the order. T & K is not responsible for these additional charges.
Lost/Damaged while in Transit: If your order is lost or damaged while en-route, please contact UPS or USPS to file a claim prior to contacting us at email@example.com.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org if your product needs to be fixed from wear and tear. Include a short description of what occurred and pictures of the product. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility, but the actual repair or replacement is free. Please wash all gear before shipping it back to our facility, and include a note describing the issue. Gear that is not clean may receive a $25 cleaning fee.
