Position Overview

We are looking for Sewing Machine Operators to join our team in Rapid City, SD. As part of our production crew, you’ll help cut, sew, and assemble high-quality hunting and tactical gear, ensuring each product meets our strict durability standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to produce nylon hunting and tactical gear (binocular harnesses, gaiters, packs, etc.)
• Read patterns, follow production instructions, and complete work to specifications
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot stitching issues as needed
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality control
• Work efficiently to meet daily/weekly production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure consistent, top-quality output

Qualifications

• Prior production sewing or stitching experience is not required (industrial or heavy-duty sewing)
• Ability to work with heavy fabrics, webbing, and other durable materials
• Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow established processes
